Life is a process of experiencing moments for me. It’s the process that made me understand that whatever is happening around me is the mere transformation of beings from one state to another and I am just experiencing and interpreting it with my acquired knowledge and understanding of the language taught to me. It’s me who prefixes adjectives to actions and judgments to their resultants.
When we look around what role have we, as a human race, played in this process just created apart from technology a deprived being that is full of stress, fear, guilt, frustration, and so-called depression.
This realisation that having incredible power of experiencing and sensing its impact, what is that which is stopping me/others to reach their potential or say what is holding them to architect the being of potential?
Underline fact is everything lies in the “Self”. This awareness prompted me to act on myself and facilitate others, who need it. I chose to coach as a medium for the same with my definition,” Coaching is a practice of the faith that each one has the strength within his/her self to conquer the obstacles.”
Trust me, got the answer “Ignorance of self”.
Connecting to self, either yours or others requires compassion and this is what “Meraki”, is all about. Meaning “the soul and creativity put into something; the essence of yourself that is put into your work”. I believe that everything you do should forever have your stamp, which is, “Meraki By Vinita”.

I connote it as the inward journey of a techno-commercial professional who found purpose in supporting Transformation of lives through Coaching.

Model Crafted “URD”
Coaching is considered to be a Transformational Conversation. I designed the tool Uncover, Recover, and Discover. This tool gives structure to the conversation.
It’s a facilitation process to explore “Who” within “You”.A talk from current reality to what is expected in future.
The Tool Opted: Under the umbrella of Coaching, the tool to explore the self and evoke awareness stepped in with three steps to establish the connection, which are, Uncover, Recover and Discover.
Uncover: Expose your weakness, fear and ignorance (lack of knowledge) to the world fearlessly. Don’t bother about how they will take it or understand it or what image they will carry for you.
Recover: Face it and come out from rejections. Work out the action plans for your concerns and act on them firmly.
Discover: Soon you will find a totally new and different person who is better than yesterday and going to become excellent going forward.
Reflective Approach: The coach act as a facilitator to reflect, paraphrase and brings to the surface the perspectives from the words, feelings and expressions used to share the current beliefs and values to achieve the desired state. It brings ownership to desires to become the goal and get succeed. Partner the journey of change to transformation till the goal is achieved. The beauty lies in the resource and “Vinita” as a coach in evoking the process, which will bring this transformation “Within You Itself”.
