At the workplace do we need a Job Description or Job Objective?
This question crop up when an interviewee said that I am here to sell my skill.
My mind was dwelling at, do we really know what we want from the person?
JD (Job description), the charter LIMIT Oops! , LIST is the reason of :
1. Is it My!! Job?
2. Ohh…is it Your!! Job?
Let’s re-visit our DESCRIPTION, in case it’s DISRUPTIVE to THE GROWTH of INDIVIDUAL and ORGANISATION then re-define and re-write.
