Embracing Life Again

Dear Vinita, I never know that coaches are magicians. The way you interacted with me on my issue which counsellor says that I need to take medicines for depression. It’s amazing the way we converse in each session. I felt my aliveness back and the connection with my family. You don’t know how this awareness I was able to secure my family which was affected because of me. Carving To Care

Hello Vinita, I was going through my notes it’s almost 11 months when I started interacting with you. Today my weighing scale is 65.2 kgs from 73.8 kgs. You always ask about my take away from our session, I want to share my takeaway for this journey of 11 months as I turned myself from carving to self-care.
